Yoghurt cake

1 x 175g Supreme yoghurt (any one of your favourites!)

This tub is used as a measuring cup for the following ingredients:

3 flour
1 sugar
1 oil

3 eggs
1,5 tsp baking powder

  1. Place all ingredients, besides baking powder, in a mixing bowl and beat for 4 minutes
  2. Fold in baking powder
  3. Pour dough into a well-greased ring pan. Bake at 180 °C for 35 - 40 minutes
  4. Dust with icing sugar once cooled
