God has blessed us. We started with one or two milking cows, which increased. And then we wondered what to do with the excess milk...

...so we began a dairy project to produce yoghurt, cream, etc. so that nothing goes to waste. Reverend Stegen

First Dairy Cattle

Two to three cows are acquired to provide milk for the growing community.

Bottling and Selling Milk - KSB Dairy

Increased dairy herd results in surplus milk enabling milk to be bottled and dairy products to be sold under the name of KSB Dairy.

Yoghurt

With the surplus milk, yoghurt is produced.

Igula Amasi

Soon after yoghurt is started, Amasi Igula, the traditional buttermilk is made with precision to the satisfaction of South African Maas lovers.

New Dairy Farm

Due to an increase in the dairy herd to about 100 cows, a new farm is purchased in the Mooi River area. Emseni Farming Shandon (-29.197323012010962, 30.103023696018443).
